1. Acceptance of These Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LifeOps Assistant™ ("LifeOps," "we," "us," or "our"), including its website, mobile applications, AI features, connected integrations, and related services.

By creating an account or using LifeOps, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for activity that occurs through your account. You must promptly notify us if you believe your LifeOps account has been accessed without authorization.

3. What LifeOps Provides

LifeOps provides tools for AI assistance, planning, tasks, reminders, email insights, calendar organization, Daily Briefings, Smart Recommendations, file analysis, notifications, and other personal organization features.

Features, usage limits, supported integrations, plan benefits, and availability may change over time. Some features may be subject to daily, weekly, monthly, technical, or safety limits.

4. AI-Generated Information

LifeOps uses artificial intelligence to generate summaries, suggestions, classifications, recommendations, and other outputs. AI-generated information can be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, or outdated.

You are responsible for reviewing important information before taking action, especially for decisions involving finances, health, legal matters, employment, travel, safety, deadlines, or other significant consequences.

5. No Professional Advice

LifeOps may help organize information relating to finances, productivity, health, scheduling, travel, work, or other personal matters, but LifeOps does not provide legal, financial, investment, medical, tax, or other licensed professional advice. You should consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

6. Connected Accounts and Integrations

You may choose to connect third-party services such as Google or Microsoft. By doing so, you authorize LifeOps to access the data and perform the actions covered by the permissions you approve and the features you use.

Gmail access is used for supported email insight features. Calendar permissions may be used to read events and, when enabled, create or update calendar events at your request.

You are responsible for managing permissions granted to LifeOps and may revoke third-party access through the relevant provider. Third-party services are governed by their own terms, policies, security practices, and availability.

7. User Content and Uploaded Files

You retain your rights to content you submit to LifeOps. You grant LifeOps a limited right to host, process, transmit, analyze, and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and provide the service and the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to upload or submit content to LifeOps and that your content does not violate applicable law or the rights of others.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use LifeOps for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to LifeOps, user accounts, or connected systems.
  • Interfere with, overload, disrupt, or circumvent security or usage controls.
  • Upload malicious code or content designed to damage systems or compromise users.
  • Use automated methods to scrape, copy, or extract the service in violation of these Terms.
  • Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person or organization.

9. Service Availability and Changes

We work to keep LifeOps available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Features may be modified, suspended, limited, or discontinued as the product evolves, including to address security, legal, operational, provider, or cost considerations.

Third-party outages, API changes, internet connectivity, device settings, provider restrictions, or other factors outside our control may affect LifeOps functionality.

10. Ownership and Intellectual Property

LifeOps Assistant™, its branding, logos, product design, software, interface, original written content, and other proprietary materials are owned by LifeOps or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of LifeOps. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit protected portions of the service except where permitted by law or with prior written permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of LifeOps is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, process, store, and protect information.

12. Account Deletion and Termination

You may initiate deletion of your LifeOps account using the Delete Account option provided in the service. You may also stop using LifeOps at any time and revoke connected third-party permissions through the relevant provider.

We may suspend or restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect LifeOps, its users, third parties, or connected systems; to investigate suspected abuse; or to comply with legal obligations.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeOps is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that AI outputs, reminders, email insights, calendar information, notifications, live information, or other content will always be accurate, complete, timely, or available.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LifeOps and its operators, service providers, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

You remain responsible for verifying important information and maintaining any independent records, backups, or reminders necessary for critical obligations. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as LifeOps evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate. Continued use of LifeOps after updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
