These Terms of Use apply to your use of LifeOps Assistant, an AI personal operations assistant currently offered in beta.
Beta Product
LifeOps Assistant is currently in beta. Features may change, break, be removed, or become unavailable at any time. During beta, LifeOps Assistant is provided for testing and feedback.
No Professional Advice
LifeOps Assistant may provide productivity, planning, financial organization, calendar, email, or general life-management suggestions. LifeOps Assistant does not provide legal, financial, medical, tax, or professional advice.
User Responsibility
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying important information before taking action. LifeOps Assistant may generate incomplete or incorrect suggestions.
Google Integrations
If you connect Gmail or Google Calendar, LifeOps Assistant uses read-only access to provide insights and planning support. You are responsible for managing your connected accounts and permissions.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse LifeOps Assistant, attempt unauthorized access, abuse the service, upload harmful content, or use LifeOps Assistant for illegal or harmful activity.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
LifeOps Assistant™, the LifeOps Assistant logo, product design, interface, written content, workflows, branding, and related materials are owned by LifeOps Assistant and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, or used to create a competing product without permission.
Users may not reverse engineer, scrape, duplicate, or misuse LifeOps Assistant systems, content, prompts, workflows, branding, or user experience for unauthorized commercial purposes.
Account Deletion
You may delete your account from within LifeOps Assistant. Account deletion removes your LifeOps Assistant account data from our active application database.
Limitation of Liability
LifeOps Assistant is provided as-is during beta. We are not responsible for losses, missed reminders, incorrect AI outputs, delayed scans, unavailable services, or decisions made based on AI-generated suggestions.
