LifeOps Assistant™
Privacy Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
1. About This Privacy Policy
LifeOps Assistant™ ("LifeOps," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI-powered personal operations assistant that helps users organize information, tasks, reminders, calendar events, email insights, uploaded content, and daily priorities.
This Privacy Policy explains what information LifeOps may collect, how it is used, how connected account data is handled, and the choices available to you.
2. Information We Collect
Depending on how you use LifeOps, we may collect or process the following categories of information:
- Account information: such as your name, username, email address, account settings, plan, and authentication information.
- LifeOps content: including chats, tasks, reminders, habits, obligations, recommendations, preferences, and other information you choose to enter.
- Connected account data: information accessed from services you choose to connect, such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Outlook, and Microsoft Calendar.
- Uploaded content: including documents, images, screenshots, and other files you submit for analysis.
- Notification information: such as push notification tokens and notification preferences.
- Technical information: limited device, browser, request, error, security, and usage information needed to operate, protect, and improve the service.
3. Google Gmail and Google Calendar Data
Connecting a Google account is optional. When you connect Google, LifeOps requests only the permissions needed for the features you choose to use.
Gmail access is used to identify and summarize useful signals such as bills, deadlines, orders, appointments, travel updates, account notices, reminders, and other information that may require your attention. LifeOps does not use Gmail access to send email on your behalf.
Google Calendar access is used to display and analyze your schedule. When calendar write access is enabled, LifeOps may also create or update calendar events when you explicitly request those actions.
LifeOps may process connected Google data to generate user-facing summaries, recommendations, reminders, tasks, calendar assistance, and other features that you request or enable.
4. Microsoft Outlook and Calendar Data
Connecting a Microsoft account is optional. If you connect Microsoft 365 or Outlook, LifeOps may read supported email information to generate email insights and may read your calendar to display and analyze upcoming events.
When calendar write access is enabled, LifeOps may create or update Microsoft calendar events when you explicitly request those actions.
5. How We Use Information
We use information to provide and operate LifeOps features, including:
- Providing AI chat and personalized assistance.
- Generating Daily Briefings, insights, recommendations, and alerts.
- Managing tasks, reminders, calendar planning, and user preferences.
- Analyzing connected email and calendar information for user-facing features.
- Analyzing files, images, and documents you choose to upload.
- Sending notifications you have enabled.
- Maintaining account security, preventing abuse, and troubleshooting problems.
- Improving the reliability, performance, and usability of LifeOps.
6. AI Processing and Service Providers
LifeOps uses third-party service providers to operate the service. These may include cloud hosting, database, authentication, file-processing, notification, and AI service providers. For example, LifeOps may use services provided by Render, Vercel, Supabase, Expo, and OpenAI where applicable to deliver requested functionality.
Relevant user content, connected account information, or derived information may be transmitted to these providers only as needed to operate the feature you are using, secure the service, comply with law, or otherwise as described in this Privacy Policy.
LifeOps does not sell your personal information or connected Google or Microsoft account data, and we do not use connected email or calendar data for targeted advertising.
7. Google API Services User Data and Limited Use
Information received from Google Workspace scopes is handled according to Google's User Data Policy and its Limited Use requirements.
LifeOps limits its use of Google user data to providing and improving user-facing LifeOps features that are visible and relevant to the user. Google user data is not sold, used for targeted advertising, or transferred for unrelated purposes.
Access to connected Google data is limited to the systems, authorized service providers, and authorized personnel necessary to provide the service, protect users and the service, comply with applicable law, or respond to a user-authorized support request.
8. Uploaded Files and Chat Content
When you upload a file, image, screenshot, or document, LifeOps processes the content to provide the analysis or assistance you requested. Results, summaries, extracted information, or references to uploaded content may become part of your LifeOps chat history or other user-facing features.
You should only upload content that you have the right to use and share. Avoid uploading highly sensitive information unless it is necessary for the feature you are using.
9. Data Storage and Retention
LifeOps stores account and application data using cloud infrastructure. Data may be retained while your account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our agreements.
OAuth tokens used to maintain connected integrations may be stored securely so LifeOps can access authorized features without requiring you to reconnect each time. You can disconnect integrations or revoke access through the relevant provider.
Some information may remain temporarily in routine backups or security records after deletion and will be removed or overwritten according to normal retention processes, unless longer retention is required by law or necessary for security purposes.
10. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration. However, no online service or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
11. Your Choices and Controls
You may choose whether to connect Google or Microsoft accounts, manage notification preferences, disconnect integrations, revoke third-party permissions, and delete your LifeOps account.
Revoking access through Google or Microsoft stops future authorized access through that connection, but it does not automatically delete information already stored in your LifeOps account. You may use LifeOps account deletion controls to request deletion of account-associated data.
12. Account Deletion
You can initiate account deletion from within LifeOps using the Delete Account option. Account deletion is intended to remove your LifeOps account and account-associated application data that we are not required to retain.
If you cannot access your account and need help with a deletion request, contact us at support@lifeopsassistant.com.
13. Children's Privacy
LifeOps is not designed for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to LifeOps, contact us so we can review the request.
14. Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights relating to access, correction, deletion, or other handling of your personal information. You may contact us to submit a privacy request. We may need to verify your identity before completing certain requests.
15. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy as LifeOps changes. When we make material updates, we will update the date shown at the top of this page and may provide additional notice when appropriate.
