Information We Collect

When you use LifeOps, we may collect your account information such as username, email address, chat history, tasks, habits, risks, obligations, calendar event summaries, Gmail insight summaries, and uploaded file analysis results.

Google Gmail and Calendar Access

If you connect your Google account, LifeOps may request read-only access to Gmail and Google Calendar. This access is used to generate personal insights such as upcoming events, possible reminders, orders, bills, deadlines, and useful email signals.

LifeOps does not send emails, modify your calendar, delete emails, or change your Google account data.

How We Use Your Data

We use your data to provide LifeOps features, including chat memory, dashboard summaries, Gmail insights, calendar planning, task tracking, habit tracking, and AI-generated recommendations.

Uploaded Files

If you upload files for analysis, LifeOps reads the file content to provide summaries, detect important details, and suggest next steps. Uploaded file analysis may be saved in your chat history.

Data Storage

LifeOps stores account and application data in a cloud database. We use reasonable technical measures to protect user data, but no system can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account from inside LifeOps. Deleting your account removes your account data, chat history, tasks, habits, risks, obligations, and connected Google token data from LifeOps systems.

AI Limitations

LifeOps uses AI to generate summaries and suggestions. AI results may be incomplete, incorrect, or outdated. You should verify important information before relying on it.

Brand and Product Ownership

LifeOps Assistant™, including its logo, product interface, written content, workflows, and related branding, is owned by LifeOps. Unauthorized copying or commercial use is not permitted.
